Privacy notice
OperatorSignal is a business-to-business UK fleet-intelligence service for adult professional users. The data controller is the OperatorSignal service operator; the owner must replace this configurable placeholder with its legal entity, address and contact details before launch.
What we process and why
We process customer account and subscription information, service-security logs, suppression requests, and privacy-filtered business information from attributed public sources. The owner must document the applicable lawful basis for each purpose before launch, which may include contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests after an appropriate assessment.
Minimisation, sources and retention
We avoid publishing private or home addresses and suppress suspected residential data. We retain source provenance to support traceability, correction and suppression. Public-source material may be delayed, incomplete or corrected; we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. The owner must publish approved retention periods and deletion schedules.
Security, processors and transfers
The service uses access controls, secure session cookies, rate limiting and security headers. The owner must maintain a current subprocessor list, document hosting, payment, database and email providers, and assess international transfers and safeguards where applicable. Do not rely on this page as a completed transfer or security assessment.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or suppression. Use the data-rights route or contact privacy@example.com. The owner must provide a lawful complaint route and any required regulator details once they are known.
Read our Cookie notice, Data sources and suppression policy and contact and complaints route.
