• Do not use the service to target, profile or contact people at private addresses, or to create unfair, discriminatory or unlawful outcomes.
• Do not scrape, bulk-republish, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the service or its data.
• Do not use records in breach of UK GDPR, PECR, direct-marketing rules, competition law, employment law or any other applicable requirement.
• Do not upload public content, impersonate another person, share credentials, or use the service for harassment, fraud or unlawful surveillance.

Report suspected misuse through the contact route. The owner must define and apply proportionate enforcement, suspension and appeal procedures before launch.
